It’s Time for Uniform Measurements for the Upcoming Band Year

I hope everyone is having a great summer. During mini band camp, the uniform committee met and developed a plan for our uniform fitting days. Thank you to Jaye Scoggins and Marlo Woodward for chairing this committee! These ladies are wonderful and make things happen!

To help things go smoothly, we are asking all marching and stands only students to complete and return the attached Word document. It can be downloaded below. (Jaye has provided step by step directions.)

Uniform Fitting Days:

Uniform fitting will be done between 2-5:00 during band camp. (Parents do not need to be present)
Seniors and returning Drum Line	July 31st
Returning Juniors and Sophomores	August 1st
Freshman and other New Members	August 2nd and 3rd

What is included in my purchase?

Each set purchased will contain one fitted sheet, with deep pockets to accommodate a 15″ mattress, one flat sheet and two pillow cases.

What colors are available?

How much will Plant Band receive?

Plant band will directly receive the normal $19 per sale made, that’s over 40%, plus and added $1 bonus to be allocated as Mr Dell wishes.

Do we have to order online?

No you do not. Though it is more time saving and efficient, off-line ordering is available. Simply download the order form from above, keep track of your sales and then turn in your form and checks to Mr Dell. The orders will be collected weekly to keep track.

How long does this fundraiser last?

The GoodLife Bed Sheets fundraiser will span four weeks starting on Friday, February 17, 2018. We can, of course, process orders in the future, but the pricing will not contain the special fundraiser rate.

When and where will we receive our sheets?

All orders will be collected weekly for tracking. However, the final ordering will take place at the end of the promotion in March. Once this is done, the order generally takes 7-10 business days to process and will then be delivered directly to the band room.
