Support PHS Band Through Amazon Smile

Help support Plant Band without ever leaving the comfort of your home and by doing something that you already do anyway!!

If you have never heard of it before AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon with the same products, prices, and shopping features as Amazon.com. The difference is that when you shop on AmazonSmile, the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price of eligible products to the charitable organization of your choice.

Unfortunately, you cannot use Amazon Smile with the Amazon App on the iPhone or Android. However, the good news is that you can set up a shortcut to the Amazon Smile website which gives a near identical experience to the app. It’s very quick and easy to do.

1. Visit https://smile.amazon.com/ch/81-4538880 in your internet browser.
2. When Amazon opens, you will be asked if you would like to choose or change your charity to Plant HS Band Booster Association, Inc. Select yes.
3. If you are in the Amazon app, you will want to select to open in Safari.
4. For Android, once you are open to Amazon on an internet browser, select the menu button in the top right corner.
5. Next, hit Add to Home Screen.
6. For iPhone, once you are open to Amazon on an internet browser, hit the share button at the bottom middle of your screen.
7. Now click add to Home Screen. You have just created a shortcut to the Amazon Smile page to easily navigate here from the homepage.
8. This will allow you to shop just as if you were using the app except you will be supporting Plant Band by using this new link.
9. Finally, delete your existing Amazon App so you will always shop with a smile.
10. Be sure to make these changes on all your devices (phone, tablet, desktop).
